As an experienced social worker, I provide individual psychotherapy to address a wide range of emotional and psychological issues. I am skilled in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and strength-based therapy. I work from a trauma informed lense while collaboratively working with you to develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to your unique needs and goals.

In addition to helping you navigate through complex life challenges, I will also support you in developing coping skills, improving communication and interpersonal relationships, and enhancing your overall self-awareness and personal growth.
