As an experienced social worker, I provide individual psychotherapy to address a wide range of emotional and psychological issues. I provide a compassionate, safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviours, in order to improve your overall well-being.

I am skilled in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and strength-based therapy. I work from a trauma informed lense while collaboratively working with you to develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to your unique needs and goals.
