About Me
My name is Shelley Aronov and I am registered social worker with a BSW, MSW, and RSW. I believe everyone has a right to a fulfilling life and to enjoy their relationships to the fullest. I have worked in health care for many years, have met with countless of individuals and families from all walks of life, presenting with various concerns and needs. My practice is inclusive, non-bias, culturally sensitive, where you can feel safe and connected
My goal as your therapist is to guide you toward your own individual path using various evidence-based techniques for issues you want to work through. I have over 30 years of experience where I have helped hundreds of individuals navigate their mental health; crisis events; relationships; addictions; grief and life transitions, to find resolution and peace.
