I facilitate a variety of evidence-based techniques and approaches, such as Solution-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I work collaboratively with couples to develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique needs and goals. Some relationship goals include, but are not limited to: conflict resolution; improving communication; changing patterns of behaviour and building stronger connections.
